A: A Domain name must be submitted. You have 30 days after winning and notified to submit it. This domain will be attached to this license for life. And the theme and plugins will get free lifetime updates with the license activation.
5Q: What happens if I don’t submit a domain name within the 30 days after being chosen as winner?
A: The license will be deactivated and deleted without notification. This is a free giveaway – so enter to win if you are confirmed to launch a website blog soon.
6Q: Why does Siteseroo require a domain name?
A: I need to maintain the quality and value of Elegant Themes by making sure the license is not being abused or transferred to another without just cause. And knowing which domain name is connected ensures its lifetime activation without interruption.
7Q: What happens if I accidentally delete my license activation info? Can I request the same activation info?
A: Yes. But first, get it in your product file. If that is no longer available, then you can request for a replacement activation code and for one time only – and this offer is only available to the winners and only to the domain name that was submitted.
8Q: How long will you give me to launch my blog website with the Elegant theme/Divi license before deactivation?
A: You have 60 days to use your license and launch your website. The timeline starts on the date that you submitted your domain name. Timely checks will start after that 60 days.
9Q: How does Siteseroo keep tabs on the Elegant Themes license?
A: I will periodically check the domain website to confirm that it is running on the Elegant Themes [Extra or Divi]. If it is not using it or the domain is no longer active, then an automatic deactivation of the license will be enforced since it is not being used. [YES, it is easy and free to check what theme is used.]
10Q: Can I use a different theme by Elegant Themes and not the Extra theme?
A: Yes. The license works for both Extra and all Divi based themes by Elegant Themes.
11Q: Can I just use the plugins, Monarch and Bloom and not the Extra or Divi theme?
A: No. I need to keep tabs on the license usage, so you must use any theme by Elegant themes. Monarch and Bloom plugins can be used with other Wp themes with the license activation, but if you use them as such and I can’t confirm you are using any of the Elegant Themes, I will still deactivate the license without notification.
12Q: What kind of support do I as a winner get with my Elegant Themes lifetime license & this blog toolkit?
A: Elegant themes monthly or lifetime subscription members like me, can have direct support from Elegant Themes. The license offered through this Divi giveaway, does NOT have that support from the source aka “Divi” or from me. And there are many Divi experts and free groups or forums that offer FREE support for all things Divi or Elegant Themes. Even Fiverr offers affordable Divi gigs, so you can have many other ways to get support if you run into major issues and need further help.
